Pricing- Prices are subject to change without notice and at our discretion. In the event that the price you find on this site is wrong, you will be notified before payment is accepted. We will do our best to keep prices updated and as accurate as possible to hopefully avoid any possible errors.

Price Matching- If you find the same item elsewhere for less, supply us with a quote or the ad itself and we will see if we can match or beat the price. We will price match anyone on Random Technology parts.

Ordering- At this time we only accept orders by telephone or by email. If you call and no one answers, please leave a message and we will return the call. We are a small shop and simply can not get to the phone sometimes. We will return your phone call as soon as possible. We accept Visa, Master Card, and PayPal(3% charge applies). If the item is on back order, you will be notified before we accept payment.

Shipping- In order to keep costs down, most of our items are dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer. This saves you a great deal of money, but because of this we can only estimate shipping costs to you. You will only be charged the actual shipping cost. We do not apply a handling charge to your order in order to increase our profits.

Returns- All orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless there is an error on our or the manufacturer's part. In the event of an error, the situation will be handled promptly and to the best of our ability. There will be no returns accepted after 30 days of receiving the item.

Core Charges- Core charges are set by the manufacturer. They are not marked up in order for us to increase our profits. You will be charged the core charge upon ordering the item. The core charge will be refunded promptly once we receive the cores from you. Shipping the cores to us is done so at your expense. There is no time limit on returning the cores to us. However, the sooner you can return the cores to us, the sooner you will be refunded the core charge.
