C3 LSx swap headers

These photos come courtesy of John at John's Customs in Santa Clara California(408)472-8849. He is installing an LS7 into a 1969 Corvette and is using the new C3 LSx headers for the build.

The C3 LSx swap headers feature 1-3/4" primaries into a 3" slip fit collector. O2 bungs are located in the collector. Ground clearance is no worse than headers for the BBC and SBC engines that came in these cars originally. Passenger side header is not even close to the idler arm as so many other headers are. There is plenty of room between the number 8 primary and the AC evaporator box. The collectors are intentionally angled in towards the center of the car since the exhaust must pass through the transmission crossmember. These headers were specifically designed for this swap. These headers will work with our Zbar bracket so can retain your factory manual clutch. Headers are available coated or uncoated.

We have now determined that the headers will clear Steeroids rack and pinion system and should also clear VBP's Rack Attack system when using our C3 swap plates.

Please contact us if you have any questions about fitment especially if you are not using our motor plates.

We are looking for people interested in trying these out on C2 Corvettes. If you are interested please contact us. Thank you.

Coated headers - $700.00
Uncoated headers - $550.00
